四氟咀的取样帽可用于针头进样，取样，抽真空，打开取样帽置换更方便。结构简单，操作方便，适合充装对四氟乙烯无腐蚀的无机、有机气体。由于袋内气体样品不接触硅橡胶密封垫，不会被污染，所以四氟咀接口可用于分析精度要求高的低浓度气体样品采集和保存。
